How to Remove all Formatting in Word

1. Select the portion of the Word document from which you want to remove the formatting. If you want to remove the formatting from the entire document, you can use the keyboard shortcut of 'Ctrl+A' to select the entire document.
2. Use the keyboard shortcut of 'Ctrl+Shift+N' to instruct Word 2007 to immediately remove all of the formatting in the text that you have selected.
3. Click anywhere in the document to deselect the selected text. You can now apply new formatting to the document or leave the document completely unformatted.
