How to Add Long Ellipses in Word 2007

1. Click the 'Microsoft Office' button in the upper left corner of the ribbon, and select 'Options' from the menu.
2. Select 'Proofing' from the panel. Click the 'AutoCorrect Options' button in the 'Proofing' dialog.
3. Select the 'AutoCorrect' tab in the dialog. Scroll down the list of AutoCorrect substitutions until you find the default entry for the standard ellipses. Select the entry, and it will appear in the editing box atop the substitution list.
4. Click on the default ellipses in the right text box to select it, and type the long ellipses form (. . . / period-space-period-space-period) as the replacement. The 'Replace' button is activated when you modify an AutoCorrect entry. Click this button to apply your changes. Click 'OK' twice to close all the 'Options' dialogs.
