How to Make the Icons Small in MS Office Word

1. Click on the 'Start' button on the taskbar.
2. Click on 'Documents.' A list of your folders or file names will appear.
3. Click on the 'More options' button indicated by a down arrow symbol. This button is under the 'Search Documents' box. A sliding scale will show the different views of your file icons, including 'Small icons.'
4. Drag the slider to the 'Small Icons' setting. You will see a view of all the Document files as small icons.
