How to Insert Future Dates in Microsoft Word 2007


1. Open Microsoft Word 2007. Either double-click on the Word 2007 icon on the desktop or open the 'Start' bar on the computer, select 'Programs' and then pick 'Word.'
2. Press 'ALT' followed by 'Shift' and then 'D.' This will open the Word 2007 'Date Field.' Type in the preferred future date to change the current date or the date listed in the system. To open the field manually, select 'Insert.' Select 'Quick Parts' and then 'Fields.' Select 'Date and Time' in the categories option and then 'Save Date' in the field name. Pick the date format preferred.
3. Select 'Apply' to change the settings in the 'Date Field' and then 'OK' to close it. This will change the date to any preferred future date automatically.
