How to Format Marks Definitions on Microsoft Word 2007
1. Run Microsoft Office from the green 'start' menu and open your document.
2. Click on the 'Microsoft Office' button at the top-left corner of Microsoft Office file menu.
3. Click on the 'Word Options' menu and select 'Display.'
4. Locate the 'Always show these formatting marks on the screen' checkbox and choose which option you would like to display. Click on 'OK' and close the window.
