How to Make Arrows in Microsoft Word 2007
1. Open a new or existing document in Word 2007.
2. Select the 'Insert' tab and click 'Shapes' from the 'Illustrations' group to open the gallery.
3. Click the arrow you want make from the 'Lines' or 'Block Arrows' section.
4. Place your mouse over the area where you want to place the arrow. Hold down your mouse as you drag it across your screen until the arrow is created.
5. Click the arrowhead to re-size or rotate it. Pull it outward to extend it or inward to reduce it. Grab and move the arrowhead or tail to rotate it.
6. Go to the 'Format' tab. To change the arrow's appearance, select the style, color or effect you want to apply.
