How Do I Insert Two Blank Paragraphs in MS Word 2007?
1. Open your MS Word 2007 document.
2. Select the first style from the 'Style' menu located within the 'Home' tab. The first style appears as follows: 'AaBbCcDd' followed by the paragraph symbol and 'Normal' (which simply indicates that this style automatically formats your document with normal paragraph formatting).
3. Position your cursor where you want to insert the two blank paragraphs.
4. Press the 'Enter' key twice to insert two blank paragraphs in MS Word 2007.
