How to Change Text Color in MS Word
1. Open Microsoft Word 2007.
2. Press 'Ctrl' and 'O' simultaneously on your keyboard. Then browse your computer and find a Word document file. Double-click on the file to open it.
3. Holding the left mouse button, select a part of the document text that you wish to color differently. To select the entire document, press 'Ctrl' and 'A' simultaneously on your keyboard.
4. Select the menu 'Home' and find the button 'Font Color' on the toolbar 'Font.' Note that the button has an icon that looks like an underscored 'A.'
5. Click on the small triangle next to the button 'Font Color' to open the color palette. Then click on a desired color to apply it to the selected text.
