How to Create Five Pages of Labels in Microsoft Word 2007

1. Click "Mailings" then "Start Mail Merge" on the Microsoft Word 2007 main menu. Choose the "Labels" option.
2. Choose the name of the vendor and the size of each label under "Label information." The vendor should match up with the manufacturer of your label paper. For instance, Avery has a line of various sized labels such as 1 to 2.63 inches to as large as 5.5 to 8.5 (a half a page). Check your label package for the exact number to choose in the "Product Number" box under "Label Information."
3. Click "OK" to close out of the "Label Options" box. You will now be able to enter your data, but first click inside of one of the label boxes and press "CTRL + A" to select the entire page. Press "CTRL + C" to copy the formatting.
4. Go to the first label box and click inside it. Click "Insert" then "Blank Page" or "Page Break" on the main menu. The first page of labels will now become the second page.
5. Position your cursor at the top of the new first page. Press "CTRL + V" to paste the label formatting (boxes) to the new page.
6. Repeat this process three more times to create your five pages (and more if you want).
7. Enter your data by clicking inside of each box. Press "Tab" to move between the label boxes or use your mouse to click inside of each box.
