How to Learn Microsoft Office: Print Envelopes in Microsoft Word


1.
First, select the "Mailings" tab and click on the "Envelopes" button. You should see a new window pop up as shown in Figure 1.
2. In the "Delivery Address" text box, type in the "TO" address (where you want the mail delivered).
3. In the "Return Address" text box, type in the "FROM" address (your address or the originating address you want indicated on the envelope).
4. Insert the envelope into your printer in the configuration shown in the "Feed" box. Your printer may have special tray positions for envelopes.
5. When you're ready, click the "Print" button to start the printing. You may have to experiment a few times to get it just right. Try experimenting with different fonts, sizes, and spacings.
