How to Print Multiple Envelopes in MS Word
1. Open a new Word document and click 'Tools,' then 'Letters and Mailings' and choose 'Envelopes and Labels.'
2. Click the image of the envelope in the bottom-right corner, then choose your envelope size from the 'Envelope Options' tab by pulling down the 'Envelope size' drop-down menu. A #10 size is the traditional size used with business letters folded in thirds. Click 'OK' to go back to the main 'Envelopes and Labels' window.
3. Type the recipient's name into the 'Delivery address' section. Type your own address or business address into the 'Return address' section, if you want to. Click the 'Add to Document' button and the layout for the envelope appears in the Word workspace.
4. Highlight the recipient's name and address, then use the text toolbar at the top of the page to change the font, size or color, if you want them changed.
5. Turn on your printer and load envelopes into the tray, then push the tray feeder bars to fit the envelope instead of the wider page size.
6. Click 'File,' then 'Print' and choose your printer from the drop-down menu. Nudge the 'Number of copies' box up to the number of envelopes to print.
