How to Make a Line Graph on Microsoft Word 2007

1. Place the insertion point where you want the line graph.
2. Select 'Insert' from the ribbon and click 'Chart' in the 'Illustrations' group.
3. Select 'Line' from 'Templates' in the 'Insert Chart' dialog box.
4. Select the type of line graph you want to make and click 'OK'.
5. Modify the data in Excel when it opens and column and row headings with the data you want to compare, such as the month and number of products sold. Enter the column and row values into each cell.
6. Close Excel to return to Word. Your line graph now displays the values from your spreadsheet.
