How to Print a Word Document Without Comments
1. Click "Start," then "All Programs," then "Microsoft Office" and then "Microsoft Word" to launch the application.
2. Click the "Microsoft Office" logo in the tool bar and click "Open." Locate the document you want to print that contains comments. Select it and click "Open."
3. Click the "Print Layout View" button in the bottom-left of the program if you aren't already in this mode. Arrange the rest of the document as you want it printed.
4. Click the "Microsoft Office" logo, then click "Print." In the "Print What" dropdown menu, make sure "Document" is selected, and not "Document Showing Markup." A "Document Showing Markup" displays all additional comments and editing you may have done.
5. Click "Print" to print the document without comments or other markup.
