How to Set Up a Table of Contents in Word 2007
1. Add heading styles to your content points by clicking on top the paragraphs you want on the table of contents, then holding 'Ctrl' 'Shift' and '1.'
2. Click on the first page of your document, then hold 'Ctrl' and 'Enter' to create a page break, then click on the page.
3. Click the 'References' button on the ribbon, then click 'Table of Contents.'
4. Select the type of table of contents you want in the window that appears.
5. Click 'OK' to finish setting up the table of contents.
