How Can I Make the MS Office Word Ribbon Stay in View?

1. Start the Word application.
2. Look on the right of the Word toolbar for a small arrow pointing upward. When you hover the mouse over it will display 'Expand the ribbon.'
3. Click the arrow to permanently display the ribbon. The setting is now saved.
