How to Remove Crop Marks on a Word Document
Removing Crop Marks - MS Word 2003 and Earlier
1. Click the 'Start' button in your Windows task bar. Navigate to 'All Programs,' then to Microsoft Office, then to 'Microsoft Office Tools.' Click 'Microsoft Office Language Settings.'
2. Select the Asian languages you want to remove. To select more than one language, press the CTRL key while selecting.
3. Click 'Remove.'
4. Click 'OK' to update the language settings.

Launch MS Word and click the 'Office' button at the top-left corner of the MS Word file.
6. Click the 'Word Options' button at the bottom of the dialog window (next to the 'Exit Word' button).
7. Click 'Advanced.'
8. Use the scroll bar at the right side of the window to scroll down to the 'Show document content' section.
9. Uncheck the 'Show crop marks' checkbox.
