How to Remove Tracking Changes From a Word Document
1. Open the Microsoft Word document by selecting and double-clicking.
2. Click 'View' from the top menu, select 'Toolbars' and click on 'Reviewing.'
3. Click 'Show' from the Reviewing toolbar.
4. Place a check next to 'Comments,' 'Ink Annotations,' 'Insertions and Deletions,' 'Formatting' and 'Reviewers.'
5. Click 'Next' on the Reviewing toolbar to advance from one revision to the next.
6. Click 'Accept Change' or 'Reject Change/Delete' on the Reviewing toolbar.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all of the revisions have been accepted or rejected and all the comments and revisions are removed from the document.
