How to Insert a Microsoft Word Document Into Another Microsoft Word Document


1. Launch Microsoft Word. Press "Ctrl-O," then double-click the document into which you want to insert a second document.
2. Click the mouse cursor at the point in the document at which you want to insert the second document. Click the "Insert" tab on the ribbon.
3. Click the "Down Arrow" icon next to Object in the Text section of the ribbon. Click "Text From File" in the drop-down menu that opens.
4. Navigate to the document you want to insert into the first document. Double-click the document's name to insert it into Word at the specified point.
