How to Make Note Cards in Word
1. Open Microsoft Word. Click "Start" > "Programs" > "Microsoft Word."
2. Click the "Mailings" tab at the top of the screen and then select "Labels."
3. Click "Options" from the "Labels" tab. This opens an options dialog box.
4. Click the "Label Vendors" drop-down menu and select the vendor for the note card on which you want to print. You can skip this step if you don't know the vendor.
5. Locate the "Product Number" field in the dialog box. It can be found near the bottom of the box. Scroll and click number "5315" for note cards. This number or label may differ depending on the vendor. For example, you may see a product simply labeled "Index Card" instead of a number.
6. Click "OK" to save your settings. Enter the information on the note card as you normally would in a Word document. You have now successfully made a note card in Microsoft Word.
