How to Import PowerPoint Into Word
1. Open your project in Microsoft PowerPoint.
2. Click on the 'Microsoft Office' button. This button is not labeled, but it's indicated by the Office logo in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Hold your cursor over 'Save As.' The 'Save As' list expands with additional options.
4. Click on 'Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word.' A pop-up appears, asking you to select your exporting preferences. Choose between saving the slides as a pure text outline or different slide layouts with graphics.
5. Click 'OK' after selecting your layout option.
6. Open Microsoft Word.
7. Click on the 'Microsoft Office' button.
8. Click 'Open.'
9. Click on the recently exported PowerPoint file. The file is now saved as a '.docx' document, and you can import it directly into Word. It should appear on screen when you open it, letting you work on the PowerPoint document in Word.
