How to Delete the Same Multiple Words From a Word Document


1. Open the Microsoft Word document in which you want to edit the content.
2. Click the 'Home' tab and click 'Replace' in the Editing group.
3. Enter the word you want to delete in the 'Find What' field.
4. Enter a replacement word in the 'Replace With' field, if applicable. If you want to delete all of the occurrences of the word in your document, leave the 'Replace With' field empty.
5. Click the 'Find Next' button. Microsoft Word begins searching your document for occurrences of the word. The first occurrence is highlighted on your document.
6. Click 'Replace' if you want to replace the highlighted word, or click your document and press the 'Delete' key to delete the repeated word.
7. Click 'Find Next' to move on to the next occurrence of the word.
