1. Launch Word, click the "Mailings" tab and choose "Labels" to open the “Envelopes and Labels” dialog box.
2. Click on the “Labels” tab, then click the “Options” button.
3. Click on the “Label Vendor” drop-down menu and select “Avery US Letter.”
4. Select the card stock type on which you will print the cards from the “Product Number” list. The specs of the card stock type you selected appear under the “Label Information” heading.
5. Click “OK” to return to the Labels tab, then enter the text you want to appear on the business card into the “Address” field.
6. Click the "Insert" tab and select “Picture,” “Clip Art,” “Shapes” or “SmartArt" to add graphics to your business card. Click on a graphic and drag one of its corners to resize it. Click the "Home" tab and use the Font menu to edit font style, size and color. Click the "File" menu and select “Print” once you are ready to print.
7. Press the “Print” button if you are ready to print the cards immediately. To preview the cards and make changes, click the “New Document” button to have Word open a new document displaying the cards.
