How to Stop MS Word From Checking Proofing Errors

1. Click on "Word" in MS Word's main menu.
2. Select "Preferences" to open the "Preference" window.
3. Click on "Spelling and Grammar" on the left-hand side of the window.
4. Uncheck "Check spelling as you type."
5. Uncheck "Check grammar as you type."
6. Click the "OK" button.
