How to Delete Word Document History


1. Select the 'Customize Quick Access Toolbar' in Word 2007 and choose 'More Commands' from the list.
2. Click the 'Advanced' tab in the 'Word Options' dialog box. Then scroll down to the 'Display' section.
3. Change 'Show this number of Recent Documents' to '0,' then click 'OK.'
