How to Make Pamphlets in Microsoft Office Word


1. Open a new document in Microsoft Word.
2. Click 'File' and choose 'Page Setup.'
3. Click 'Margins.' Reset the top, bottom, left and right margins to 1/2-inch or '.5' using the arrow keys.
4. Click 'Paper Size.' Check 'Landscape.' Click 'OK' to save your changes.
5. Click 'Format' on the top tool bar. Choose 'Columns.'
6. Click 'Two Columns.' Reset the spacing size to 1-inch. Click 'OK.'
7. Click 'Insert' on the top tool bar. Choose 'Break.' Click 'Column Break' and hit 'OK.' Your pamphlet is formatted to have to columns with a 1-inch break in the middle for the pamphlet fold.
8. Type in the pamphlet's text and insert images as you would a normal Word document. Click 'Print' to print the pamphlet after it is finished.
